Rev. Dunn has served as an educator, facilitator, and organizational development professional for 20 years. Her passion is to help people thrive in their humanity, excellence and purpose. She is the chief executive officer of ApogeeVision LLC, a consulting firm supporting leadership and organizational development and community efficacy. As an ordained pastor, she aims to support personal and community growth and holistic health. She enjoys traveling, creative writing, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.

Lawrence Jr. has served in senior management for more than 10 years. As a culinary art and management professional, his life's work has been to provide high-quality, welcoming spaces for enjoyment and family-fun. He strives to foster value-based cultures of integrity, service, and high performance. Mrs. Carolyn J. W. Dunn

Mrs. Dunn founded the organization to honor the life and love shared with her late husband, Lawrence Dunn Sr. She is a retired operations executive, serving the academic community at UMASS-Boston for more than 25 years. Her life’s work has been to improve the conditions for others. She continues to do so with the foundation. She crafts unique blankets for communities as an artisan, offering comfort and warmth. She resides in Georgia with her family enjoying her golden years.

Jon has served as a community advocate and career-readiness counselor for more than 15 years. His life's work has been to support youth and adults in their individual pursuits to reach their highest potential. As an entrepreneur of more than 15 years, he seeks to build opportunities for cultural and financial empowerment. He is the author of his book, These Words, paying homage to his culture, his faith, and love's power. He enjoys playing the guitar, gardening, and spending time with his family and friends.
